By supporting new British inventors in their pursuit to introduce their ingenious and highly useful inventions to the public market, TCL Products has established a reputation of cutting edge technology in both design and quality. In 2007 TCL entered into a number of projects to licence manufacture innovative tools designed by British inventors. These inventors were brought to our attention via the services of Trevor Baylis Brands plc (check out www.trevorbaylisbrands.com ).

Our devotion to developing new inventions comes from our Technical Director, Tony Davies, who holds many patents throughout most of our product ranges. He invented and patented our hugely successful, unique corner-cutting wood drill, the MAD-bit, as well as the True Cut Power Saw Guide, which converts any Circular Power Saw into a lightweight and portable Radial Arm Saw and includes a unique Auto Mitre system. TCL Products aims to provide products of the finest quality to its consumers at affordable prices. In 2004 TCL launched the windup powered Super Bright LED “Magic Torch” with quality in mind. Our design team had noticed that many Asia based factories were offering poor quality windup torches that were unreliable and gave feeble light output. TCL’s “Magic Torch” range offers outstanding performance that even surpass most conventional torches along with unique features, many of which are subject to worldwide patent applications by TCL.  As of Summer 2007, TCL entered into a Brand Licensing Agreement to reproduce the entire eco windup range under the "Trevor Baylis" brand.
